I will personally oversee any restoration project, and will also help you complete the necessary paperwork your insurance company will require. We specialize in water removal and restoring your property to its original state. We are located in Grinnell, IA, and service Jasper, Mahaska, Marion, Marshall, Poweshiek, and Tama counties. When the Grinnell storm sewer system backed up and flowed into many basements including mine in Grinnell on May 26, 2013 due to 6 inches of rain in a couple of hours, I called Tom and he immediately sent a crew to empty water and belongings, and then set up fans, treated all surfaces, removed dry wall, and did everything needed so that renovation could begin. Tom does amazing work, does it right the first time, and is an all around great guy! Additionally, I have hired OnCall to clean ceramic tile floors and carpets. Again, he does it right the first time!

Tom and his team went the extra mile in every aspect of their work, taking care of the numerous ramifications caused by our catastrophe. They made sure we understood the why behind all of their actions to remediate the situation and even cared about our well being in the process. We had a water leak coming from an upstairs bathroom into a new addition. They responded immediately, were at the house within the hour and found, the problem, cleaned up the mess and restored the ceiling, cleaned the carpet and repaired the drywall to a like new state. All done on time and within the budget.
