Great Price! Great Service! They called me right away and came out within a couple of hours. They got rid of my ant problem! I never write comments but figured I should since I was sincerely impressed with them!

The service was excellent. They were prompt, professional, and resonable. I have no more problems with birds. In addition their pest control service is also good. When he sprayed for bugs he ensured that he moved furniture and anywhere there were spider webs he moved them. I was extremely pleased with the service probided.

This is still in process. Not all of the cats have been removed, guess they are smarter than we think.

Javier is such a wonderful pest control professional. He cleaned my wall and patio well. He also painted all the bird spikes on my window sills in black so they are not very visible from outside. Nice job.

It was a Sunday afternoon, no one was returning my calls, and I was really frustrated. I had just moved into my new home and it was infested with ants and rats. Gloria, the Operations Manager contacted me within minutes of logging out of my computer. She dispatched Javier, and he was out that afternoon. He gave me a quote and expected nothing in return, he never tried to push the sale of the job and was very knowledegable on what my options were and what could be done. I was very impressed and hired him on the spot. He took care of everything in a professional and timely manner, I have hired On-Call to be my monthly Pest Service!

I appreciate that they called me very soon after I filled out the request online and were able to come out that same week. The service was great. Javier was very knowledgable and helpful. My only complaint is that they told me they would arrive between 11:30-12:30. No one came and I called at 12:30. They told me Javier was running late. He did not arrive until 2:00. Again, the service was great but I was very annoyed that they didn't call me to tell me they were running late. I wasted a hole lot of time waiting for nothing.

Had to call several times to arrange the appointment but once set, Javier was on time and did a great job. Decrease in spiders and ants.

They made an appt and I waited the driver was running late, they had to cancel. They came the next day. I had to call them out twice to get rid of the ants. overall service was okay.

Good communication, always knew where you stood with this company. Reasonable price, good quality, No more pidgeion nesting, but occasionally they do a fly-by or stop on the roof to see if things have changed in their favoriite spots, but then they move along. Highly recommend this company.

The representative was on time and professional. I think my problem was that we had such a problem with a specific bug and expected immediate removal of the problem and it did not happen.
