overall the service is okay, but a little unprepared. just need to be more patient. it did fix my refrigerator in about 5 hours. did not leave a receipt, just took the cash ($160) and left quickly. like I said my refrigerator is working good.

The repair man showed up evaluated the repair for the microwave. Made an appointment 5 days later to order the part needed. He has missed 3 appointments and left the parts he removed from the microwave on the kitchen counter. This has been going on for 2 weeks, Calls and says he coming over and then no call and no show.

I am so relieved that I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of! Oscar was on time, very knowledgeable, and did not overcharge me! He figured out the issue, went and purchased the part, and fixed my washer! "Check your pockets," he told me! Oh my.. I somehow managed to wash a sewing needle into the pump! I am very pleased and happy to know someone trustworthy, reasonable, and competent is just a phone call away!
