they were very professional and very nice to talk with while they were removing the old heater and installing the new heater and they also went above board and fixed a water leak while they were here, definatly would recommend them for all your comfort needs they gave A+++++ service.

Scott and his team showed up the next day and on schedule. Did an excellent job. I highly recommend him for future work.

Did not even try to fix the issue. Was in a hurry to charge his “show up” fee and leave. Tried to sell me pest control and heating/cooling services when I called for a plumber.

2 hours late. Checked out situation for 15 mins. Left for supplies for 40 mins. Replaced parts, checked for leaks. Leaking. Needed to replace glue. Did that,however needed water to be turned off overnight. Said he would return in a.m. to turn water back on. Returned at 1:15 pm to turn water on. Charged me extra for return business.

Scott did an excellent job. Went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend him. I’ll be calling him for my HVAC needs as well. Honest guy. Good prices. Goes the extra mile. Appreciate someone that doesn’t take advantage of a person.

The work was done top quality. They completed the work on time and showed us how the systems was installed. Scott also installed a wireless thermostat and showed us how we can configure the thermostat with different schedules. We are now beating heat wave thanks to Scott.

Scott did a repair/replace on my AC system. I needed replacement parts which he got in very fast. He cleaned it up and worked for hours to ensure it worked perfectly. He is very knowledgeable and I would hire him again.

Scott Thrall from On Demand came to my home on a Saturday within an hour of the time I called him. He works Saturdays, which is unusual for trade people. Every other plumber I called either too busy to get to me or was closed. Scott was on another job when I called him but came to my place as soon as he completed the other job. Scott also gave me a break on the cost despite being a Saturday. This is an honest, hard-working family guy. I recommend him and would hire him again.

They left old water heater in front yard to be picked up and never had it picked up. Call then on it, yes they forgot to call their guy on it. Now they will not yes my calls on it.

Scott wowed us when he first came-- he was late, but everyone was busy. Super confident. Charged $129 saying he needed another part and would return. Well, he never came back. Responded once to messages and then never responded again. I feel he stole $129. I would sue him if i had the time. I found another contractor who promptly came and did the repair. Thank goodness it was summer so all we were out was hot water and not heating the house. He fooled us. Hope he doesn't fool you.

While the other companies were giving us 1 week out with just an initial meeting and then another 2 weeks out for the work to be done, Scott responded quickly with a reasonable price and then installed it within a few days. He worked hard and has excellent people skills. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services!

I phoned around and couldn't get anyone to do my AC repair for 3 days. Scott came over within the hour and started the work on my 25 year old AC. I appreciated that because my AC is critical to me. Thanks :-)

Our water heater broke. Scott came the next day with a new water heater and fixed it.

Scott is super knowledgeable. He explained the best way to fix our problem with least amount of intrusion. He does A1 work. I will hire him again.

Awful experience. I hired Scott Thrall (On Demand Comfort LLC) in summer 2015 to install a brand new gas furnace and gas lines in my house. The installation failed inspection multiple times due to gas pipe leaks and electrical issues. In addition, I recently discovered that 1) there's a small gas leak INSIDE the furnace where two pipes hadn't been correctly joined, and 2) the furnace fails it's own diagnostic check due to a problem with the blower. So now I need to have those problems fixed, and I don't trust On Demand Comfort to do the work. Who knows what else might be wrong with the installation? How am I supposed to NOT worry that another gas leak could show up at any time? Do not trust this company! Substandard, dangerous work. I can only be thankful that the gas leak inside the furnace didn't cause a fire or explosion last winter!
