Ceiling Fan Installation
They came back twice to fix a brand new fan. I had to hire a new electrician to fix what On Demand failed to hook up properly. When I called him a third time, they said they would have to charge me again. Will never use them again.

"I am not sure who this client is. But I think you have mistakenly left a review for the wrong company. I have no recollection or records of improperly installing a simple ceiling fan. we have done thousands of fans over the years and would not charge you twice for a service job. We have no liability or control of a faulty ceiling fan by a manufacturer defect for a fan that was provided to us for installation. - Leaford Douglas"

We have worked with On Demand on two separate occasions. Both times we were exceedingly pleased with the work performed (hi hat installation, upgrade recessed lighting and dining room fixture installation). Junior and his team were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and thoroughly cleaned up so as youâ d never know we had work done in the house. Excellent overall value from a licensed electrician. Very professional was delighted with their can do attitude to putting in this outdoor spotlight which meant someone had to crawl through the attic space in very hot humid weather! They also didn t mind looking at a smaller electrical problem that arose from the patio lights . On time, good service, fair price, and great attitude!

Sent them home after 15 minutes They had no idea what they were doing Three men showed up all Haitians laborers not neither one a master electrician The method that they were using to find problem would have taken they all day Called another electrician from Angies List who came out 3 hrs later, found the problem and fixed it in 10 min, charged me $95 for the service call On Demand should be investigated

"I am really dissapointed in home advisor for allowing this type of stereo typing and in my opinion racial stereo typing review to be posted and accepted. We went to this customers home for troubleshooting, found the problem that he claims he knew where it was and it was not. As soon as we found the problem he kicked us out his house and called us all manor of names. Just to avoid paying a $75 service charge that we did not collect. In order to find a short. You start at the source the breaker and work your way through the circuit to the switches and outlets."

I'm buying a house in Lake Worth did not know any electrician found on demand on your site and everything worked out great. I was not there only my realtor. He told him what needed to be done and if there was anything he could see that needed to be repaired. No extra work was performed just what he was told. Communication over the phone was good. Yes I would hire him again.

i HAVE CALLED AND EITHER TALKED TO SOMEONE OR LEFT MANY MESSAGES ON THE OWNERS CELL PHONE & NOT 1 CALL BACK TO ME. ALL I WANTED WAS A RECEIPT FOR THE WORK DONE & TO FIND OUT WHY THE PERSON WORKING FOR ME DID NOT DO THINGS HE SAID HE WOULD DO.... NOW THE OWNER IS LICENSED & THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE ALMOST $600 BILL BUT THE PERSON WORKING IN MY HOME ( I HAVE NO IDEA IF HE ALSO. iF HE IS NOT LICENSED THEN I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED A SO EXPENSIVE BILL BUT WITHOUT THE BILL i CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT.. THEY CALL YOU TO DO THE JOB BUT ONCE THEY ARE DONE YOU CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEN AT ALL!
