The quality of the concrete job was terrible-Rough/not finished edges, he claimed would be hidden by the grass. The pathway is has many highs and low spots. He also left a low spot of about 1/2 to 1 inch height difference. ( needs to be torn out and redone) He blamed the heat and his youth trainee. He berated his help. He states he had a referral program of 100$, but refuses to pay it-I wouldn't recommend any females working with this guy-His ego makes him think every woman wants him for more than just concrete. There are many more photos I just can load them all.

"This is Wendy, Brad's wife. I?m not interested in arguing or continuing hostility, but I do want to correct several inaccurate statements that you made. Regarding the $100 referral payment. Deducting that amount, on your own, from the final payment was inappropriate and basically stealing. Due to the fact there was no referral payment owed. I also want to address the personal comments you made about my husband. The accusations and assumptions regarding his character were false, unnecessary, and unrelated to the actual work performed. Personal attacks only distract from resolving legitimate concerns professionally. It is also important to note that you contacted Brad for additional work after he poured your shed pad, which indicates that you were satisfied enough with his workmanship to hire him a second time to pour your patio and RV pad, of which the RV pad came out perfect. Additionally, Brad acknowledged the patio imperfection, showed it to you directly, and made arrangements to replace the affected section at his own expense. To provide reassurance and demonstrate good faith, he even suggested that you withhold $750 from the final payment until the issue was resolved. Attempting to portray him in the worst possible light despite his willingness to correct the issue is unfair and does not reflect the full situation. I understand that disagreements can happen, but you should keep your review factual, respectful, and focused on the work itself rather than making personal accusations."

If you’re looking for a contractor who’s fair, upfront, and someone who’s looking to go above and beyond, Brad is your guy. I hired him to take on a small project, cutting a hole in my foundation for an egress window.
I’m fortunate enough to have a decent amount of experience in the trades and Brad’s pricing was fair and well priced. He was willing to help me with a smaller project that most contractors would pass on. I was surprised, he was extremely attentive and asked many questions to ensure that the job was done exactly how I wanted it. Before he started the job and charged me, he ensured that the window I had bought would fit correctly, that I had bought all the right materials to do the job after he made the cuts, and measured multiple times inside and outside prior to cutting. I felt very confident the job was going to go well and after everything it was perfect. He even made sure the window fit and I was satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about this guy.

I hired Brad (On Grade Construction) because his bid was thorough and detailed. My job necessitated the removal of a lot of tree roots, which he did methodically and painstakingly. He had the perseverance and all the necessary equipment to do the job as thoroughly as I had hoped. For the most part Brad is a one man show so he is the guy who is there on the job, doing the labor, answering questions and making suggestions. He was approachable and easy to talk to. I like that. For the same reason, the job took a little longer than I might have hoped in the beginning, but the end product is well done and completely satisfactory. Brad is forthright in explaining his costs and rates, and was honest in deducting costs when they turned out to be less than he had anticipated. The actual price of my finished job was slightly less than his original bid. Brad was honest, hard-working, and I am very pleased with my new curb, gutter and sidewalks.

Brad with On Grade was great. He communicated well every step of the way and he went above and beyond for us. He removed five dump trailers of sod and soil to widen our driveway, enlarge our patio and create two walking paths in the yard and then brought in gravel and spread it. We?ll definitely use him again!

Brad and his son are awesome. Brad made sure I knew not only what he was doing, but why he was doing it. He gave me cost break downs so we were both on the same page every b step of the way. The concrete pad he poured looks awesome and I couldnt recommened him and his company more.
