On Grade Dirt Services

I have had a very disappointing experience with On Grade Dirt Services. As you can see from their own post we contracted them to build us a 1000 ft road and 1 acre pond. When they finished, we had a road we were satisfied with and pond that we were told would be between 3/4 acre and 1 acre once filled. Unfortunately after the first good rain event when we were able to tell how truly small the pond was, 1/4 acre or less. We also realized On Grade Dirt Services missed their elevations, this left the dam lower than the overflow. We contacted them immediately in hopes of saving the pond. They would not answer the phone or return voicemails. They did finally reply to facebook messenger; however, took no action other than make false promises that they would get out there and correct it. At this point the dam has been completely washed away and On Grade Dirt Services will not respond to us in anyway.

I was very pleased with the work that I needed done. They came out and fixed my yard made it look perfect. I had big tree stomps left in the ground, they had my yard looking like nothing was ever wrong with it. They are very friendly and helpful I Would recommend them 100 percent. You will not be let down. Will be using them for any future work needed.

I hired On Grade to clear some land and build a house pad. They did a fantastic job and were professional through the entire process. Highly recommend!
