Joshua from On Grade just completed the installation of a utility sink and swap of our kitchen sink and faucet. He did a fantastic job and with great attention to detail. Even the new lines in our unfinished basement are very neat and professional looking. We will definitely call him for our future plumbing needs!

I cannot rate this plumbing service highly enough. Of course, our water heater sprang a leak on the weekend. The plumber we normally use, wanted about $268 dollars for after-hours service & said there'd be a 20% upcharge on anything they did. I said, "no thank you" and googled other plumbing entities. I was extremely fortunate to hit on OnGrade Plumbing & Excavating. They came out within 2 hrs & said they didn't charge for consultation. They quickly assessed the problem (a split seam in the tank) and remedies the situation so we wouldn't have more leaking until the water heater could be replaced. They waited until they could get a high quality water heater on Monday as they do not use just what's available at someplace like Home Depot. They also replaced pipes with copper piping & put a gasket in our all-house humidifier that had been installed by the homebuilder w/o it. Our previous plumber just turned it off because it was leaking - never mentioning that it could be because of the missing part. I was very impressed with the work & professionalism of the men that came out, consulted & did the work. I also think their pricing was very fair for the quality of work they did.

MY PLUMBING NIGHTMARE I live in a mobile home and recently had issues with my pipes. It turned into a nightmare real fast. I was without water for over a week. I had 2 different companies come out and basically try fixing the easier way and then passing off the work to the next when they were unable to get it done. Both taking my money in the process but getting nothing fixed. Finally....my trailer park referred me to Brandon with OnGrade Plumbing and Excavating. Brandon came out, identified the problem and within a couple hours from when we made the call he had us up and running smoothly!!! He was incredibly knowledgeable, very personable (even hanging out a little to talk my work) and very reasonably priced as I learned the hard way from dealing with other companies. I can not thank him enough!!! I STRONGLY recommend Brandon and his company. I know who will be getting all my business moving forward and anyone I know in need will be getting his info as well! Josh with Ongrade is the best! After getting multiple estimates from other plumbing companies trying to rip me off, I knew as soon as he started explaining what needed to be done I found the right company. Josh explained how they were going to do the work, clearly explaining the details and potential things that could happen pulling out my main water line and new one in. They did an outstanding job with the excavation and didn’t even have to tear out the sidewalk. The main line pull was as smooth and flawless as well. The experience, knowledge and transparency throughout the whole process were amazing as well. HIGHLY recommend Ongrade plumbing and excavating! Glad to know there’s still hard working, honest trade people out there!

OnGrade responded to our inquiry late in the evening. They arrived early in the morning to provide an estimate, so we were able to get work done the same day. Josh and Andrew were very professional and the price was in line with what we expected.

Ongrade plumbing and excavating was a god send. Unbelievable how clean and professional they were from start to finish on my sewer line replacement. They did their best to protect my grass with plywood and did a very good job cleaning up given the huge pile of dirt! Thier pricing was amazing compared to some of the other estimates I received from other company's. Highly recommend to anyone for any of thier home or business plumbing issues
