Very good customer support

I received quotes from three surveillance camera companies and OnGuard won us over simply by having a plan of action and reason behind why and how they go about their process. On his initial visit, Mark, the owner himself, came out and gave a brief presentation that answered all questions my wife and myself had. As for price OnGuard was in the middle of the field, but what set them apart was, we felt Mark sold us a service and promise rather than a product. And to top it off he is up on a ladder setting up cameras himself with his tech. Other companies sold you cameras and Mark gave us a plan of action customized to out house. Wide and narrow angled cameras to catch as much detail as possible based on where they were located and the objective of that specific camera. Mark's understanding of how break ins happen and what to look for put him leaps a bounds ahead in service. Having cameras with overlapping FOVs with the goal to catch someone/thing on two cameras, gives the ability, if anything were to happen, to provide details to authorities. His personal touch and honest opinion makes OnGuard an easy choice.

Overall the experience was terrific. OnGuard staff spent time explaining system, where cameras should be located and how to use the system. Very pleased.

Project is for a neighborhood's surveillance system. Studies are being made to determine the best camera(s) for the locations. OnGuard has been really good at customer service.

OnGuard went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a security cam. They knew what they were doing.
