Initially, when my NVR failed, my original provider gave me a 2 week out appointment, but Onguard said that they would be on site the following business day. They arrived with a new NVR and installed it but the ystem was not fully opertoinal and my 5 indoor cameras worked after a second visit the sameweek, but the 3 outdoor camareas required a code from the mmanufactrer to reset them, since they could ot be reset on site. It took 3 weeks for Onguard to complete the job. the technian was very good but the schedling caused me to not have operable outdoor cameras, and that caused me some anxiety because of the neighborhood. Onguard got their foot in my door, and instead of completing the job the same week, put me off. I have cntacted the manufacturer mmyself in the past, spoken to someone and gotten an immediate answer. This should not have dragged on for 3 weeks.

They repaired my security system and did a pretty good job. 2 months later one of the wireless receivers they installed on the sliding door fell off. I reached out to them via email twice and left a voice mail to see if they could drop by and get it back on the door and make sure it still reads that sensor but they never responded. I was disappointed that they never responded so I would probably not do business with them again however the work performed was satisfactory.

Top of the line. Was really leary about having cams put on house. Called a few other companies who's estimate was higher. Owner of he company came out on a sunday evening and showed us cams and gave a really fair price. Installer was awesome, came back and made a few adjustments for me. A++

We were updating our 18 year old alarm system. The system that was put in is not as high of quality as our original system. Particularly we HAD a sound system that would alert the world if security was breached...now, the keypad sputters out a little beeping noise...really nothing that would deter a crime in progress. Unfortunate to say the least.
