Dave came right on time and went right to work. He had to make a couple of trips to the store because of odd part for toilet and new drain pipes were needed after he got into the faucet project. He even put up with our Akita under the sink "helping". I recommend him.

I originally hired Dave to hook up a gas line to my fireplace. He spent over an hour consulting with me on this project, which I was not prepared to complete at the time. I called him for emergency plumbing within the next month, and he came over right away to fix a pipe spewing water in the basement. I was frantic at the time, and I appreciated that he was able to take care of the problem easily and professionally, without charging me an "emergency service call fee" that other contractors add to the bill. I have used Dave on two other plumbing projects since then. I have been more than pleased with the results. For one of the projects, a few days before he was scheduled to work on it, he asked me to send him photos of some fixtures I was having fixed, to make sure he had or got the right parts. How smart! The other contractor who estimated this work wanted to charge me for his time for a trip to the hardware store mid project while my water was turned off and the fixture was disassembled to find what part was needed! I would certainly recommend Dave, his expertise, and his patience in explaining options and what he was doing to anyone needing gas line or plumbing work.

I needed someone to hook up the gas line to a new gas dryer. I felt that $125 was overpriced for simply hooking things up and testing for leaks, but in all fairness Lowe's charges the same through their contractor and I couldn't find a more competitive price.

Dave just completed 4 repairs today and only took 3 hours. He came in under 24 hour notice and was not only on time but early. He is very efficient, respectful, skilled and just a true professional. Would recommend him to anyone.

Although we hired him to repair a leaking shower, he was unable to determine where the leak was coming from after I had hired him and had opened up the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom. Subsequent estimates afterwards, from some other companies, were able to find and identify what the problem was. He was also able to repair a toilet on short notice. Work area in bathroom, as well as bedroom was messy when he and his helper left, but did not notice until later when I went back upstairs. One thing to be aware of is that he does not do drywall work, so the holes in the ceiling did not get repaired after they opened it up. I should have asked beforehand.

This guy makes you feel like you have known him for years. He was exactly on time. His truck was really equipped for any needs. It was clean, neat, and organized. That impressed me. He was also organized and proficient in his approach to the job. He worked hard and efficient. He finished in a very timely manner and left our house spotless. His price was very reasonable. His general knowledge on all homes systems was impressive. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Great customer service. Called right away to schedule an appointment. Reinstalled a bathtub valve and fixtures and it was more complex than we could have handled ourselves. I would definitely recommend Dave and will use him again!
