Extremely disappointed with On Point. They were sent by American Home Shield to fix a ceiling fan and a doorbell chime issue. My Wyze doorbell camera was working perfectly (with months of recorded footage) until their first technician removed it. After the visit, the camera stopped powering on completely. I later discovered the power wire was missing ? and I have video footage clearly showing the tech removing it and holding the wire. I reported it immediately, and they sent a second technician who was rude and unprofessional. He confirmed the wire was gone but did nothing to fix it. I?ve called multiple times and was told someone would follow up ? but no one has. It's been days with zero resolution. They damaged my working device, won?t take responsibility, and have shown no urgency to correct the issue. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. If your warranty provider assigns them, ask for someone else.

Excellent customer service and top notch workmanship from these guys

This is very shady company. My warranty company sent a technician from On Point Contracting. The said that warranty company is not going to cover the repairs and it will cost me $1300, $900 parts and 400 labor. The guy was done is 45 minutes and only parts he replaced was condenser fan motor which is less than $150. Fraud company.

It was unprofessionally done, it was done incorrectly according to a second licensed electrician who said it, and ended ruining my existing generator and it would cost about $3000 now if I was to buy a new generator and about $1000 to correct the wiring that was done incorrectly that I paid for.

OnPoint came on time. The plumber was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the job needed and did it expeditiously and with skill and cleaned up when the job was done.

They called before they came. They were within the window that was given. The cost was the same as was quoted.

Very nice technician. Good work. I am very pleased and would use them again.

The contractor did very good work, but prepare to be price gouged. Prices were too high for the service needed. The amount of time that he took to do a sales pitch on work outside of the work I wanted was extreme.

Neat did not leave a mess.
