Do not hire this company. They left a mess around the house where they installed the wires. Did not sweep up any of the wood chips. Then when the video went out less than 6 months after installation, they would not return phone calls to explain what might be the reason. The sales man comes in and promises the world and then the technicians come and can not do what he stated. I would never recommend this company.

They are dishonest.wont answer phone calls .or call you back. After several repeated attempts. They told me they were going to buy out my remaining contract with another security company. THEY NEVER DID so now I am stuck paying two companies for the same services and never gave me a copy of contract said they were going to e mail a copy did not happen-----------Update I finally received my contract!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Doesn t follow thru with commitment and sold contract to Safe Security. Doesn t answer phone calls or emails and has completely screwed us out of the Free equipment they promised after a move and safe security is now not honoring anything and also going to charge for equipment and $165/hour installation. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced from both on point (NO RESPONSE at all now! Doesn t answer phone calls unless they are trying to get new business then they return voicemails) safe security has a customer service manger who apparently doesn t take CUSTOMER SERVICE calls!! THE WORST. Wouldn t recommend this company to an enemy.

Excellent service. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They informed me step by step as to what they were doing. After they were done they went over everything with me and provided me with all related documents. The whole installation process was swift and well done. They cleaned up all the mess related to the install. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Prompt service, thorough walk through of home to view needs, no over sell. Thoughtful consideration to utilization of current system already in home when purchased. Fast service. Very happy with contract and monitoring price!

I asked for system I could monitor when away from home. Have several issues with online app. Now they will not return text, emails or phone calls to correct the problem. They promised support after install but ain't giving it!

They were very knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all.

Arrived on time for an appointment to give us a quote for work to be performed. Upon accepting the quoted price, They were here within 2 days to install camera surveillance equipment and associated work. They were prompt, competent, reasonably priced, and very helpful in explaining how to get the most out of the system.

This pro is very competent, technically knowledgeable and exhaust all efforts professionally to install the purchased product. The technical issue encountered was that my Verizon Jetpack (hotspot internet provider) woouldn’t allow the Security cameras to send video pictures through either my Verizon or park model area internet system. I definitely would hire there services once I research vendors who offer “bundling” processes.
