On Point Appliance Repair

Water was leaking from my front-loading washer. The repair man determined it was the rubber seal around the door. He had to order the part, so he came back 2 days later with the part, installed it and I have had no problems with it since. He was on time on both visits, and the repair was done quickly. Very satisfied!

Chris replaced a fan in the oven after ordering the part and it was done in just 2 days. On time both trips and the over is working fine and without noise.

Very impressed. The service man was excellent. He knew immediately what was wrong. When the part he ordered didn't work like it should, he researched my frig and found the maker had done an upgrade, which meant my older model had to be upgraded as well.

Chris, Jason, and Ty were outstanding, knowledgeable techs. Work was performed on time. They arrived at the set schedule. Chris knew his information on repairing our wall microwave/oven combo. We decided on a replacement. We are very happy with their work and will call them again.

Terrible even though they offered to come over, time and day were impossible because I did email them about my working days and hours. Last email,they didn't acknowledged.

Very professional. The owner of the company is the one that came to my home to make the repairs. All he did was listen to the noise that the washer was making and knew right away what the problem was. They were in and out in less that an hour. On Point will do all of my repairs from now on.

We had a freezer shut down on us, I picked On Point Appliance Repair because they were the first to return our call. The repairman was very nice and professional; however he said he would be here between 10:00 and 2:00, He Called just before 2:00 to say he was running late and was about an hour away. He arrived here almost two hours later, and said traffic was very bad. He checked the freezer and said he would have to get the required part the next day. he came the next day and did an excellent repair job. The bill was around $175.00. I thought the billing a little excessive, but he did make two trips. I penalized them one point because of the tardiness and the pricing.

Tara and Chris with On Point were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, very thorough, quick to respond, and they worked with my schedule. No doubt I'll use them again if needed.

I hired them to repair my dishwasher. Very courteous, prompt and honest in all aspects. Came and made only the necessary repairs without padding the bill, or charging for parts, etc. that were not necessary. Prompt, courteous and professional. Even though they have only been in business a short while, they have all the elements for success. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to others. If you want it done right, hire the best.

Tara was great and they worked with my son's schedule. They came out @ 7:00 pm so my son would be there. Which the other companies would only come up until 5:00 or it would be a 3 days before they could come and son's refrigerator was not cooling and he has kids.
