Reviewed Wayne's work in 2011 when did our deck and screened in porch. Still looks great today. He did our neighbors deck and they were very happy. We continue to recommend Onpoint . Coild not be more satisfied.

Wayne started this work in late December after finishing a neighbor’s enclosed deck. Completion was about 4 months later, given that this was outside work and the weather impeded progress (this pace in the winter months was fine with me and well communicated). His work is OUTSTANDING. Wayne is meticulous and careful in his planning. He does nearly all of the work himself, sometimes with the help of his son. He brought in another team for the concrete work as they specialize in this. This was work was also completed to Wayne's high standards. I requested the new surface to be placed on a 45-degree angle so Wayne replaced all of the supporting joists at 12" on center (was at 16”) along with some of the 6 x 6 stanchions (my deck was 20+ years old and I am convinced it was not to code, it is now). He added the water containment system with an integrated gutter, new stairs and rails that are wider and ADA compliant, and LED lights on the rails and stairs. The room under the deck is fantastic. I am doing the interior painting and building shelves. I am also happy that I had him build the patio at the same time. It completes the area (landscaping is in progress). Wayne Shepard is at the absolute top of my contractor list. While the job started a bit later than planned and ran for 4 months during the winter, I could not be happier. His price was better than 3 others that I met with. If you use Wayne (which you should), be patient and talk to him along the way. He is reasonable, flexible and the quality of his work is better than any other contractor I have used.

Wayne and his team were great and they got the job done quickly. After the job was done they responded very quickly to our questions.

Wayne is an honest person which is hard to come by these days when hiring a contractor. The customer service that you will receive from his wife, Rachel is outstanding! She truely understands how to work with people. My wife and I love the finished product. My wife and I have been blessed with the talent they have and honored to have Wayne and Rachel work on our home. We highly recommend this company!

The were timely, willing to work with me to address my concerns, answered all my questions, and were very reasonalbly priced. The head worker even helped me repair a computer cable that was accidently cut during construction.

On Point Builders did an excellent job on the design and construction of our new deck. After obtaining several bids, we selected On Point based on their experience, understanding of our requirements and their very competitive bid price. The owners not only provided design specifications and the estimate, they also performed the work. These are experienced master craftsman. The workmanship, materials used and the construction process exceeded our expectations. Our deck was completed within days from the start of construction, on time and within budget. He did a very marvelous job, at a reasonable price. He was on top of the work, reliable, patient, made sure that everything was perfect. Everyone that was working on other things, had good comments about the work.
