we have an issue with main breaker panel. I have contacted them and made an appointment next day service. The technician came JUST ON TIME, he explained service rates clearly,we have agreed the rate and he started investigate, he found the issue in 3minutes and repair it. He also re-wiring porch light. He done within 45 minutes without any extra charge. We have very satisfied with his skills honest price. When we have another electrical issue in my house, i will definitely contact them in first choice!!!

I called On Point Electrical to install an electric vehicle meter for our Tesla Model 3. Working with this company has been a pleasure. Chad was quick to return my calls, easy to get ahold of, and very knowledgeable of the requirements and estimates of the project. He was friendly and helpful and on time for his scheduled appointment for the estimate, and was able to get the job done within 1 weeks time. He arranged for the city inspector and instructed me on how to get DTE to install the meter bulb. And his rate was significantly less expensive than his competitors. Additionally, he found a wire in my breaker box that was not properly installed by a previous contractor - the wire insulation was burnt, and was apparently a significant fire risk. He fixed it at no cost, and sent me pictures, and explained everything about it. I appreciated it as much as anything else. I will recommend Chad and On Point Electrical to anyone asking for electrical work.
