"This is from a man that bought and supplied his own equipment and on the contract, it clearly states he has no warranty due to me not providing the equipment. He had a straight electric unit that requires 2 wires outside. He purchased a heat pump out of state clearly he does not have an HVAC license but cut that corner. Our installation worked with no issues for a week before he finally paid. Then after he paid another week or so it had an issue. we went back it wasn't due to our installation. Of course, I refused to go to your home buddy when you were clearly warned about the warranty for providing your own equipment. I am guessing you need to be totally."
"Thanks for the review we appreciate everything."
"Thank you very much. We strive to do our best and be up there with the big boys."
