Complete Home Inspection
Jason inspected a home I was considering buying in Rio Rico. I followed him around with lots of questions. He was very happy to answer all my questions. My initial inspection of the house did not reveal anything major. When Jason did his inspection he found multiple items that I had overlooked or did not have access to. His inspection was very comprehensive. After his inspection and further discussions with my wife and our realtor we decided not to purchase the home and have engaged him to inspect another home we are considering. I will update this review after that inspection.

He did not run any of the appliances through their complete cycle. Only ran dishwasher through partial after I asked if he forgot to. Which is one of the main reasons for having the house inspected. Did not reply when I asked if he wanted to come back to do so.

Complete Home Inspection
I provided a list of inspectors to my client. They chose the cheapest. Unfortunately, I guess you get what you pay for. The inspector missed some very obvious items, one of which I had to request be added. Furthermore, the client subsequently found 6 more items that should had been caught, such as closet door off it's hinges, broken blinds, toilet makes noise when flushed, patio door slightly ajar (though inspector did note opposite latch needing adjustment). Though very friendly and amicable, overall, client and I were not pleased and would certainly not recommend.

"I am sad to see such a review like this one, I don't want to see any client upset with my services. I would like to note that 2 of those items (the closet door and patio door) we're both noted in my report, I recommend having a qualified professional evaluate the rear sliding glass patio door and repair as needed. it would not shut properly and had to be forced shut and held shut while locking it. All of the closet doors in the whole house we're falling off the hinges and tracks and I recommend that every closet door in the entire house be replaced. As for the toilet making noise, there was no noise at the time of Inspection. I even flushed"

Jason, was extremely professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and extremely thorough. Once the inspection was completed I felt confident I made the right choice and walked away with valuable information on the home Im purchasing.
