On Point Home Inspections, Inc.

Great Job, well done. Very reasonable.

I was lucky to choose Jon. He did a great job, When though all his findings with me.

Amazing, Professional, Jon leaves no stone unturned lol believe that. I hired Jon to inspect a home I am buying I chosed him simply based on his excellent reviews a few inspectors who had responded had a bit more experience but Jon had not only experience but he had all the legal paper work he needed to assure me this isn't his first Rhodeo. He was on time got to work immediately took time to explain his findings and suggestions and sent me the results in picture form and in specific documentation step by step item by item. And his price beat out his competions by far. Jon YOU FREAKING ROCK.

Jon is very professional & great at what he does with very reasonable prices. He was very thorough & after completing the inspection he took the time to go through almost everything on his report. His report was ready in less than 24 hours. I was very glad we hired him & I was very happy with his services & expertise. I have recommended him to realtor friends so they can have an inspector they can count on and trust. Thank you Jon

Great service

They were on time!

Very professional and thorough.

Jon did a great job, I would highly recommend him

Jon was super nice and answered all Our questions. He was on time and delivered our report the same day! Report was very detailed and thorough! Would definitely recommend to everyone! Price was also great! I was 100% satisfied with his work

Very professional, on time and knew what he was doing!

Jon was on time and did a very thorough job on inspecting my new home, he answered all but one of the questions I had but reached out to another inspector to find out the answer for me. He got the detailed report with photos back to me by the end of the day. His prices are competitive and accepts cash/checks/credit cards on the spot. Highly recommend.

I've been in the industry for 20 years and this is included in only a handful of servicers that I would recommend to others in real estate. He's now my first call when needing a home inspection. VERY thorough in his assessment.

I have availed myself of ON POINT HOME INSPECTION services twice in the last two months. John showed up on time an His inspections were very thorough and professional. Immediately after the inspections He briefed me about areas of concern with recommendations. I received my report within a few hour. I strongly recommend ON POINT HOME INSPECTIONS

Jon was thorough, affordable and answered all my questions. Great experience for a first time homeowner.
