The sky was absolutely fantastic! Not only was he on time, professional but extremely thorough and detailed and his findings on our house. We wanted an evaluation before we put our house on market and all the little things that he noted helped us get them taken care of before we went to market, saving us considerable time in going to sell. I truly believe that had we not taken advantage of his services, it would ve cost us many more weeks and would have potentially lost thousands of dollars once the house went to sale.
