About us
Experienced husband and wife owned and operated business who offer welding/fabrication, HVAC service field -based property maintenance. We have worked across residential, commercial, and industrial environments as 1099 contractor’s, handling everything from equipment repair and diagnostics to heavy-duty cleaning, sanitation, and structural repair work. Backgrounds include EPA-certified HVAC knowledge, welding and fabrication experience, extensive work in property preservation and field service work for many contractors and homeowners. Based in the Summerville/Charleston, SC area, we provide service throughout the Tri-County region (Berkeley, Dorchester, and Charleston counties) and are available to travel for larger or specialized jobs when needed. Our core skills include heated pressure washing, equipment troubleshooting, welding repairs, debris removal, fleet and industrial cleaning, and general maintenance services.
