Donâ t give them your credit card number before they do the work. The repairman cancelled the appointment and I was billed anyway because they had my credit card number. I got them to reverse the charges later but what a stupid way to do business. I never had them do any actual work so I canâ t judge the quality of the work they do but only gave them a couple of stars because of the billing problem.
