Got a $25 driving fee added to my bill that was never discussed, that was pretty tacky.

It is incorporated in the "working budget" equation, when a consumer contacts us to inquire on an estimate for services to determine if they want to proceed to schedule an appointment. Eric made my day! Excellent service. My blinds look amazing and he made it such a pleasant process. I am a happy person and feel lucky that I was guided toward Eric. He also gave me little hints about caring/using my blinds that I didn't know. He was the right person for the job, the price was the right price, and the results were absolutely right! Eric was really nice and while he fixed my blinds that were broke he gave me alot of insider tricks on caring and cleaning them as well. I did not have to wait he had specifically made an appointment to fix my blinds. If you need your blinds cleaned or repaired he is your guy!

Both Eric and Rodney are consummate professionals. In fact, Rodney is still trying to schedule a time with me to look over all the windows to make sure they're perfect, and he finished last Friday. (They are fine.) I 'm so glad I found them. I definitely will use them again.
