OnSite did a fantastic job. I had just beenreleased from the hospital for major surgery and I was contacted several times to see how I was feeling. They did so much work to ensure my basement packing and unpacking went smooth. I would highly recommend them ! Thanks again again Shannon and staff!!

Excellent service. They were out to our house that night to begin removing water from the yard . Another company said that since it was going to continue raining, they would be out the following day. We would have had much more damage if we had waited.

When you have to have work done on your house due to water damage it is a pressing matter and so it was for the On-Site team. They worked long hours to get us back to normal. The teams that worked on our home were courteous and professional. The On-Site manager for our project, Mike, was understanding and efficient! He made sure the job was taken care of. He was a hands-on manager. This is the team to have when nature throws you a curve ball.

This company was well represented by their employee, Jessie. He was a consummate professional and very knowledgeable about flood restoration and what it took to correctly dry out my basement. He was conscientious about his quality of work, showed up when he said he was coming, and patiently answered my zillions of questions. There was only one occasion when other employees came to help Jessie and they were just as professional. He found additional water under the floor tiles and removed them. To say I was pleased is an understatement. I would recommend this company again in a heartbeat.
