***PLEASE READ*** The cost for an appraisal is between $400-$500 for a typical home under 6,000 square feet (average fee state wide based on standard appraiser fees paid by local and national lenders). If your house is bigger than that, fees range from $500 to $1500. We're getting people clicking through just for a "bid" - and that costs us $30-$40. We have been appraising for 15 years in the following counties: Utah, Salt Lake, Summit and Wasatch. We do appraisals to find current market value for the For Sale By Owners, divorce, tax appeals and estate sales due to downsizing or death. Please don't click on multiple appraisers just looking for bids - it's the only thing wrong with this website. We are verified and do excellent work and have great reviews.
