This company does not care about you as a customer, their only interest is selling you a product and taking your money regardless of whether the product will even work for you or not. They installed a furnace in my home that was not compatible with the size of my ductwork, resulting in a failed heat exchanger and carbon monoxide filling my home in the middle of the night. As well as connected the furnace using illegal valves and illegal flex line inside of the furnace. Myself, my wife and my child would have been killed if not for our CO alarms due to their faulty workmanship. I cannot advise you enough to steer clear from Brian and his technicians. I have attempted multiple times to contact on the double about this issue. They refuse to respond to my messages or return my phone calls, I will be pursuing legal action. I have had their work inspected and documented. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FAMILY'S SAFETY STEER CLEAR!

On the double response originally 13 months ago was great to complete entire new heating and AC unit including ductwork. Brian said he wants return customers which is why I trusted him to complete quality work. A year after my work was completed I contacted them for an issue with the new ceiling vents condensation is causing what appears to be mold - my furnace and ductwork were installed in the ceiling. Oh, he sent a couple of guys out and said our work is good Brian will call you with a quote? That was 3 weeks ago not a word. This was an expensive project. 3 weeks is not a word not even to explain what is wrong. I guess as long as my checks cleared - On the double is NOT interested in repeat business. Explain how a brand new gas furnace is causing damage to brand new vents and the surrounding ceiling? I am sorry I actually thought this was a reliable business with Angis but I know now that Brian and On the double are not interested in quality work or customer satisfaction

They called within 20 minutes of me requesting a quote on Angi. This company gave me same day service on my air conditioning as they were going to be near my area. Had quick repair, had the part on their truck. The gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. I will use them from this day forward. Cannot say enough positive things about them. Our call was returned the same day, they were here the next day and serviced and repaired our A/C. They were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were here "on the double" and did a great job. It was a little expensive, but worth it! We would hire them again.

I understand they are busy and with that in mind, the scheduled time could not be kept, but they stayed in contact and arrived the next day, keeping me informed and doing a Great job! Many thanks for the professional and informative job. I will use them again without a doubt.

price per hour was high I judge rate per hour on my own scale. If it relates to people and saving people's lives almost no limit, if it is a machine or mechanical not as important you can put it down and get back to it when time allows. Government sets hourly wage. car mechanic gets over $100 an hour if policeman or air traffic controller you make half to three quarters. Company was fast to respond and set an appointment, showed on time and explained all work that was being done and company I used before never did the required maintenance cleaner services. They even cleaned up after themselves and put insulation back on a/c unit as best they could because of condensation tape was hard to put back on unit

Jeremy was very prompt and courteous, he came within 24 hours after I called them. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My service needs were fairly urgent. On the Double took my inquiry via Home Advisor and contacted me within the hour. Brian sent a technician to my house to diagnose my a/c problem in the evening when most companies in the area would not even take calls let alone make a service call. Another company informed me it would be a week before repairs could be done due to it being peak repair season. Within 36 hours, not only was my a/c issue diagnosed, but On the Double installed a new unit for $400 less than the next best competitor's quote. - Aaron G. in Clarksburg, WV
