On The Go Cleaning

Alexis and Drey were very thorough, polite and reasonable to work with. They are doing a great job getting their business going. Highly recommend them.

How did it go? tell us the story from start to finish: they both showed up early, which is why I give them a 2 star rather than a 1 star. they admitted they had cleaned for other firms but were just getting started as independent cleaners. we went through the house and discussed what needed to be done. there is no furniture so it was a pretty simple job. I had to run errands so was in and out. Alexis cleaned the upstairs, and she did a pretty good job. her partner was to clean the kitchen and downstairs. when I checked in on them he said he could not get the oven clean. I asked him if he used SOS pads, and he said no, so I purchased some and he used them to clean the oven. should not he have known this? since I had to leave early I paid them in cash and have a series of text messages to confirm that they received $200 cash. the next day my wife and I went there to list the house, and we found smudges on walls had not been cleaned, the window sills in the sunroom had not been touched, and were filthy. there was dirt on the corners of the walls where the cats rub against as they turn the corner. the sunroom had not been swept at all. the door frames downstairs had not been cleaned. he did a good job on the fridge and oven, but it is like he just quit after that. I had told them I would post a good review, but after almost an hour or more of cleaning by my wife and myself, I decided to give them a two-star and would not recommend them to anyone. They need to work for somebody else.
