"Yes, I did give an estimate for what customer wanted on initial visit .. then when I came to lay out job, he wanted more area concreted. I had to raise price due to more concrete needed. I also had a death in family and had to travel out of state, which secretary informed customer job would be delayed. Not sure where "loan" conversation came in to play, I am not in the habit of doing jobs on a "loan" basis, I said, I can schedule job for the next day, If he agreed to more money due to more work, he did not want to go forward."
"This customer has not contacted us concerning his water problem. How are we to address his problem if he does not call? I have already been out 2x's to solve this issue, which customer did not call only e-mailed. As soon as I learned about water still coming in, I addressed it that day! He was told to contact me if he still had water coming in, as it may be a flashing problem, which I will address. This is like a car mechanical problem, I do not know exactally what the cause of problem is until I try this then something else, ect..This is an old home w/ many issues. I can not fix a problem If I am not Aware of It. I will contact him again!"
