Plaster Repair
Only completed 80% of job because he purchased wrong deck railing at home depot. Said he would be back to finish. 2 months later after home advisor entered the picture he returned most of the money for the uninstalled railing. but it did not cover the cost to purchase. Kept claiming he lost money on project. He gave me the estimate which I accepted. Attitude of contractor went from good (at time of estimate) to complete rudeness (when money was returned)
