He was knowledgeable prompt and friendly

Ed was professional ~ we did have an oops that happened during the inspection that popped up later ... Ed was apologetic and effective in making this customer happy again ... service and smiles

Excellent customer service:)

Thoroughly professional. Ed was easy to work with.

Very friendly and thorough.

I'm a Realtor with Keller Williams, Indy Metro NE and have hired Ed( On the Level) for a number of my clients' inspections. He is professional, and thorough. I and my clients have received our reports in less than 1 day - with documentary pictures and in plain english - no jargon to wade through. I have recommended Ed throughout my office as well; that's over 500 brokers strong. -

Ed was great, took his time being accurate to check the home top to bottom. Explained issues as he found them and later gave very good report on home. Highly recommended.

Ed is very professional and does an excellent job. His inspection report was top notch. Will be using him again for future home purchases in the area.

As we were in the process of buying a home I searched for home inspectors on HomeAdvisor. I reviewed 3 of them for price quotes, services, and availability. I selected Ed and On the Level Home Inspections and so glad we did. I was truly impressed with Ed and his inspection and overall report. I appreciated his overall knowledge, taking the time to explain everything to me and putting it into terms I could understand. He addressed concerns that we had with the home and went above and beyond. I would recommend Ed and On The Level Home Inspections to all of those considering and looking to buy a home. We have closed on ours and greatly appreciate Ed and his inspection services.

Perfect job, very factual

Friendly and complete

Ed was very prompt. Did a very complete inspection. Very quick and complete report. Would highly recommend this company.

They were prompt, courteous and followed-up next day (due to weather preventing roof access) with a revised report released immediately upon completion of the inspection. Great Job!

"Was timely and did a good job"

Highly recommend Ed. Gave me a great price for 2 inspections. Report was thorough & easy to read. Despite coming down with the flu, Ed made good on getting the job done professionally & quickly. Highly recommend On the level. Thanks, Ed! Alex

Very knowledgeable and helpful home inspector! He was on time, did a thorough job (checked things he didn't really need to like our outdoor shed and inside of the chimney) and made sure to explain things clearly so that I could understand the inspection results. We had a bit of a mishap during the inspection that he promptly handled. The pipes had frozen in the home, and I had left the inspection early. When he was about to leave, he noticed that a thawing pipe had burst in one of the walls and there was water pooling in one of the bathrooms. He tried to shut off the water and made sure the seller was alerted so that a plumber could get there right away.
