Successfully fixed my washing machine.

An employee named Dallas came to the house of my mother to repair a flickering light in the refrigerator. After 10 minutes, he claimed that 2 lights needed to be replaced. (I knew that only one light panel actually needed to be replaced), and he left with the 2 light panels and a check for $125. He claimed that it would take 2 weeks to get the replacement lights. When I got to the house of my mother, she had gotten someone else to do the job, which would have cost $200 for the one light panel in need of replacement, plus $125 in labor. But, because Dallas had improperly taken both light panels, an extra light needed to be added, bringing the total for parts up to $400. I called Dallas and asked that he return the light panels that he had taken, and rip up the check for $125, as he had done nothing. He sounded like he might have been under the influence of something. He proceeded to cuss me out and threaten me, and he refused to return the light panels. Note that the freezer light panel is not broken and is worth approx $200. This company (or the employee, Dallas) basically took my money. They cashed the check.
