We have had numerous homes throughout the west over the years, for which we always have home inspections when purchasing and a 1-year follow-up when new (identifies builder warranty issues). We have never had a more thorough home inspection than Hunter s from On The Spot Home Home Inspection yesterday (2/22/2020). In addition to any warranty issues, he answered all other questions I had.
