William has been a big help. He obviously has a lot of knowledeg and experience in building and overall constuction. The initial job was to remove and replace wet drywall and studs, but William has been helpful fixing many other problems, from small to large, which had been lingering. If I had questions, his answers were always straightforeward, and he knew what had to be done to fix those problems, even if he recommended I hire someone else (an expert in that area) to fix them. He responds to calls quickly, and seems available for emergencies. Overall, he has been great.
