I had my AC system fully replaced in January 2024. System replacement for an 1100 SF home was $14,700 which seemed high at the time but because we were in freezing temps and I had a one-year-old daughter, I didn't have time to get other quotes. During installation, the crew left a cutting torch leaking gas outside my office while I was working, causing severe dizziness. The crew had to open all the windows and use carpet fans to blow out all the gas. When I talked to the manager, he tried to offer me $500 dollars to take down my Google review and never followed through with the refund.

Initially quoted for a $69 job for dryer vent cleaning soon ended up becoming a $400 job, double dipping costs in their invoice stating that maintenance cleaning is not included in the so-called deep cleaning to remove the clog. Note that the antimicrobial treatment ($149) to open the duct up is not included in the â deep cleaning ($182)â and charged separately ending up five times more than the initially quoted job. Feels like a rip off.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Quoted $199 for air dryer vent cleaning. They came out, found it clogged (as expected) and then proceeded to tell me they were charging me twice the quote. If I didnt need it done badly, I wouldve sent them packing. Had they been up-front about the pricing, there wouldnt have been a problem, but the quote was for a thorough dryer vent cleaning which should have been end of discussion. Pretty simple. Would NOT recommend.

Horrible experience. I contacted on Time Home Experts because a post was made in our subdivision page. They had trucks but cancellations so were giving 40% off. We needed our dryer vent cleaned so figured I would just get it done. The two men came and were pleasant enough but once they got their equipment set up it turned into a sales pitch. They were extremely pushy and "recommended" a ton more work that put the estimate from $400 to over $2000. I told them I just wanted them to do what they came for but that didn't stop them. I feel like they spent more time trying to upsell then actually cleaning the ducts. They asked several more times with different estimates and when I continued to decline they said they would call the office to see what could be done. I told them no another time. At this point I just wanted them out of my house. Had I not thought they would still charge me for the service I would have asked them to leave. They had taken pictures of our ducts and one of them looked a little dusty but not bad, the other the man showed me and said that it didn't look dirty so didn't recommend a "deep clean." Once they finally left I went outside and they left a HUGE mess in our turf from where they cleaned the dryer vent. Mixed with the mist it was a bigger mess. The person that posted in our subdivision page reached out to see how things went. I told him all the above plus the fact that I don't think I received the discount. He asked to confirm how much I paid, I told him. He then said he "spoke with the technicians and they said your system was too dirty and have molds....it needs deep cleaning." I let him know mold was NEVER mentioned and continued to let him know the whole experience was awful and pushy; it felt like I was dealing with a sleazy salesperson. I then told him again that mold was never even mentioned, I don't think I received the discount (the check has cleared so I can't do a stop payment), they left a mess in our yard and he never replied. This is by far one of the worst experiences I have had with a business. I think they are dishonest and they clearly don't try to make things right with the customer. I would strongly urge you to find another business to do your duct cleaning.

I used On Time Home Experts to clean out my air duct units. I have 2 units in the house and Martin did a great job. He suggested a deep cleaning since it was quite some years since I had them cleaned. He was very honest with me and went over everything in detail. I would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend them if you need a deep air duct cleaning. They cleaned the hvac system and all the debris that was in and around it. Now my vents donâ t look like they have mold around them. I am very satisfied with the service and will use them again in the future.
