Walls & Ceilings Cleaning Service
Hard workers and easy to work with. I hired them to try and get the mold smell (post remdiation) off of my walls and ceilings. Very thorough and the smell seemed much abated after their treatment with borax and vinegar but sadly the next day the smell returned. A tough problem. I do wish that the person who came out to price the job had communicated better with the worker team. They did not realize I expected help with cabinets and furniture also. And was surprised that there was an extra charge for hauling my sofa away which I had not been quoted. I would use them again but get things clear from the beginning.

"Glad you like the work , unfortunately the hauling was not included on the quote our guy told you that we can help you with that because that is something we do so , regarding the cabinets we can not move furniture from one place to another place when the cabinets are full of books , it may be damage and we don't want to take that risk , Thank you for you business and glad you keep us on mind for further jobs. had to wait a while - but when they arrived- they did a good job* I al waiting on a receipt fro a cash payment that I made* of 120.00 They should have those on hand

Carlos at "On Time Maintenance Service" is one of your people and he called me and gave me an estimate the next day. Very prompt and did the work on schedule and very well. The other referrals were also timely but we felt the price was a little high and went with Carlos. The mobile had been cleaned but needed a thoro deep cleaning and rugs also. It was done and done well. Thank you for the referrals and I would recommend you service to others.

Walls & Ceilings Cleaning Service
Two people spent about 4 hours to clean the walls and ceilings of a 4000 sf house while I was absent. I questioned whether two people were enough to do the job. I was told that they could get other crew members to help if needed. I wanted every wall and ceiling to be cleaned and I was told that they would do exactly that. I trusted them and paid them handsomely enough to have 4 people to work on it. Now I am about to paint the house and found lints on several walls. I can't say that did not clean any wall. But definitely they did not clean every wall as promised. If you hire this company, you need to be around and supervise their work.

I have already rated this service that I had never received....(check your e-mails); some guy had called me at 07:08 and said that he would be out to my place at 1 P.M. that same day....WOW!!!!!! GUESS WHAT? HE NEVER SHOWED UP, NOR DID HE EVER CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO BE COMING BY AT ALL. Therefore I can't rate this company, but I wouldn't remcomend it either to anyone. Your system won't let me send this without me rating it....even though it has one star doesn't mean anything.........I can't rate a service when I haven't received one.
