I waS stressed to max in regards to me moving. My original plan was to get friends to help me move but I had a lot of heavy furnitire. I called them the day of me moving! They were there in 2 hours. They were quick, very organized, professional, overall simply amazing! I would tell anybody to hire them if they need a moving service! To the guys who moved me THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN! THEY EVEN PUT MY BED TOGETHER AND ATTACHED MY MIRROR TO MY DRESSER!

So I heard these folks to help me unload a self-move U-Haul. I did help extensively with the unload. I also moved six times in 10 years. While the workers we re extremely nice, They did not arrive with basic moving gear: gloves, sliding pads, hoist straps. They caused more damage than im comfortable with for a move. Also mid-transaction the payment method changed and the phone number went obsolete. I had concerns on the operational side.

I hired a truck and 3 men at $125 p/hour. The truck arrived late with only 2 men. (The third was injured fixing the original truck, and they rented a truck from Enterprise). After two hours, the rental truck';s battery died. Waited another 2-3 hours for repair. Finished my move at 9:00 p.m. Was charged for 6 hours and even though they lowered my fee to $90 per hour, with only 2 men I feel I should have gotten a break on the hours, since three men as regularly scheduled would have finished earlier. Will never use them again. Also they wasted a lot of time and broke two lamps.

Our company didn't want to disappoint you by not showing up, and canceling your move. Doing so would have left you in a bind. Moveover, once you decided to go with us as your movers, we felt we were committed to you, and we valued you as a costumer. So, we did the next best thing; we rented a truck to do your move. Our only mission was to get the job done no matter what. Never in a million years, would we expect something like that happening with the battery of a rental truck. It did happen on your move, and we acknowledge"

We had 3 MEN I say that because our furniture is real wood and extremely heavy! They never complained once even having to go upstairs at our new place. I will be hiring them again when we find our for now next home. Each man was a blessing to work with on the move!! You can t go wrong with this company!

Very professional from start to finish. We were working in a very tight time frame. All personnel were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Very personable. Responsive to questions, and was able to reschedule for a week later than planned. Julius, the owner was hands on with packing and unloading. Took great care to use moving blankets and shrink wrap to protect all items. Yes, I d use them again in a heartbeat.
