On Time Piping and Heating LTD.

Boiler broke down this week. Matty was first to respond. Told me would see me next day & he did. On time, literally, disciplined, caring & very clear in communicating expectations. He listens then tells you pros and cons. Although very busy, you do not feel shortchanged if he needs to run to another emergency. He makes sure to be the first one to arrive, sets up his crew (excellent crew too), tells them exactly what & how he wants things done, & patient answering probably redundant questions. He is fair in pricing & gives good advice. His crew is skilled, quiet and fast. Do more than what is expected. In my case, they secured loose pipes, replaced pieces that were old, & even bought a dead radiator back to life (had not worked in years). Doc, the electrician wrapped things afterwards. Very thorough & organized and again, arrived when he said he would. The place was left clean and all debris & boiler was taken by them. I hit the lotto with Matty, one in a million!

From start to finish I would rate my experience with Matty as five stars. He responded almost immediately after I reached out to him about my gas boiler that had seen better days. He stopped by my residence the next day to assess my options as to replacing the boiler. After settling on the boiler manufacturer, we then agreed on a date for the project to begin. When he says he will be there early, he means it. He is extremely professional and efficient . During the installation, he would explain things along the way for my understanding. When he left at the end of the day I was very pleased with the clean-up and quality of his workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone contemplating a gas boiler replacement.

Matthew and his crew did a great job replacing my boiler! They started work bright and early, worked professionally and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Now I can sleep easy knowing I will wake up to a warm home. Do not waste your time with other contractors who overcharge, demand payment in cash only, or tack on last minute charges. Call On-Time Piping and Heating instead!

I hired Ontime Piping and Heating to replace my boiler. Matt was the first person to respond to my request on Angi. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. His price was competitive.. He responded promptly to my texts and my phone calls and was always on time. I had a problem gaining access to the boiler but Matt understood the whole situation and worked along with me to get the job done in a set timeframe and efficiently. He cleaned up the workarea and took all the garbage. I do not regret hiring Ontime Piping and Heating and would not hesitate to hire him again for my future needs.

I Highly recommend On Time Piping and Heating without reservations. Down to earth and professional all through the project. I had a new hot water heater and new gas steam boiler installed and removal of old equipment. Definitely not light work. It was a well run process from 6:30AM and out by 2:30. I wont call anyone else from here on for plumbing issues. Matty and his crew are a Godsend.

Matt is amazing. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me how to change filters myself. Amazing plumber.

Matt was extremely professional and friendly! He and his crew arrived early and got the job done in a timely manner. Upon completion, they cleaned up and left the place spotless. Matt also took out the old boiler and took the time to interact with our children. Matt is officially my plumber, and I will refer him to family and friends.
