They were thorough in determining what needed to be done in order to meet code requirements and give me an accurate quote. Jerry reviewed everything that had been done, made sure that I understood what was done as well as any instructions that I needed to know. One of the projects was to mount a simple outdoor light by my back door. I knew what I wanted and the pro drew a picture so we were thinking of the same thing. He then had to go to several places to get what I wanted. Now that is what I call the extra step. Service was great.

A GFI outlet had tripped and, try as we might, we could not reset it. He must've had a magic touch because it stayed reset for him! So he inspected the other outlets that were tied to the GFI to see if they might've tripped the GFI. No problems. He was only here 15 minutes and didn't charge us at all. I'm definitely calling On-Time Pros next time.

The technician was very inexperienced with older homes, called the boss to help him. It all worked out eventually however it was not an easy experience.

The technician updated ; installed wiring to prepare for installation of sump pump. He was very professional when the job was completed he explained everything he had done patiently answered my questions. Area was cleaned before he left. I recommend this company.
