Write a ReviewWarning! - Based on our experience I would recommend you avoid this company at all costs. We entered a contract with On Time Restoration on 12/9/21 for water mitigation and repair / rebuild due to water damage sustained in our home in November 2021. We are now one year into this project, and we have yet to have all items completed as billed. We have incomplete work, they have not closed out the claim with our insurance, and we have work performed in a poor workmanlike manner we will have to pay another contractor to repair. Both owners / operators Shawn and Whitney Huff have purposefully ignored any attempt to reach them over the last 3 months, since 8/16/22. Multiple emails, voicemails, and even a certified letter without so much as a response. There were several red flags in working with this group starting with lack of communication. We were never, despite multiple requests, provided with a detailed plan for repairs including dates, times and clarity on work happening in our home. There has been continual miss-information and lack of timeliness in responses. As an example, on 5 separate instances over the Summer, Whitney or Shawn committed to scheduling work in our home. In all 5 instances that was not complete, and we were not provided any communication as to needing to reschedule they simply ignored any attempt to reach them. Lastly, we are highly concerned with their unprofessional behavior. Several delays or concern brought to either As attention was met by hostility and / or finger pointing and excuses. Overall, based on our continued experience, I would recommend you save yourself the time and stress of working with this business. However, if you are unfortunate to work with this company, based on our experience, I would advise you not to pay in advance, get everything in writing with detailed line items for billing and request a detailed timeline in advance.
My biggest concern is their lack of communication. We had a contract that was drawn up which was set to complete 10/29/21 when in reality it was 12/06/21. There were lots of red flags with information being presented and questions asked it was vague and sometimes misleading answers. There was packing/and move in errors, I have emails that explain they wanted to communicate my insurance and keep be out of the loop, and also preferring communication from my husband rather than me. They are very quick to place the blame on everyone else but themselves. There was damages incurred with personal property and items left out in the elements. They were defensive when I had question. Overall it was a poor experience.
On Time Restoration have been absolutely amazing to work with. Shawn and his crew responded immediately to our service call and were at our house within the hour to mitigate the water damage in our basement. Shawn has been in constant communication with my wife and I providing us updates throughout the process putting our minds at ease. I highly recommend On Time Restoration!

Shaun is very personable and attentive to the job needs. He came back today to follow up on the work completed by his crew ( the work was done yesterday).
I have only spoke to Shaun at this point. He is very personable and I get along well with him. We have both been very communicative on expectations once the work begins. Communication is extremely important to me due to bad experiences in the past. He also was the only contractor of 3 from home advisor that showed up for a scheduled appointment.
