The company did my roof in 2017. The roof leaked a few months later in 2018. Guillermo Perez was very rude and refused to come back. And I have a 10 year warranty so still 2 more years. I had to fix it three times since myself.

I received 4 quotes for the work I needed done and they were the best quote - not just price wise but in overall explanation of what needed done, gave advise on why this happened, checked out overall condition of roof, explained how to keep it from happening again. Delivered on time and followed up after to see if I had any questions and was easy to work with. I will use them again if ever needed and recommend them with confidence.

On Time Roofing is a very good company. They came right away to give me an estimate and were at my house to fix my problems in a couple of days. Their pricing is very fair, they were 1/4 of the cost from an estimate I had received from a different roofing company. They are professional and friendly and most important I have no leaks!

On Time Roofing seems to have done a very good job in most respects (job completed today). The estimate was done quickly. The price was fair. The owner, Guillermo, is friendly. The workers were polite and hardworking. My only complaint is that I often had to send my text/email messages twice to get replies. Response time should be quicker. But overall it seems like the roof leak repair job was done well, promptly and at a reasonable rate. I recommend them.

This was a project I was dreading and kept putting it off. After contacting On Time Roofing I felt a sense of relief. From the first phone call to the finished project everything went as planned. The best part is they came in when they said they would, finished the job in a timely manor and were out of there. It's nice when you don't have to stay on top of someone to make sure the job is done right. Very professional company that I would highly recommend!

Roof Projects in South Florida are becoming gimmicks and high pricing; usually a contractor is selling services for roofing companies, and the end, a contractor sell you the project and outsource it to a roofing company. I did not wanted to deal with 3rd party that felt un-responsible for the quality of Jobs provided. This is why, I felt bless to have found On Time Roofing. I highly recommend this company. They have repaired and replaced my complete roof. This project was a combination of flat roof and tile replacing. The job was very well done, in process and time. This crew was here every morning and finished in 3 days. They took care of city permits and all; all price included! Talking about price; I found this company in a drive-by, not in Home Advisor. I read the reviews, and called them. They were the lowest QUOTED among all quotation. At the end of the day, the final price was more, because old house require more repairs within the tearing process. The extra was not that much and gladly decide to invest a little more. Even so, I still paid REASONABLE price. Now, talking on who is behind this company, Guillermo! I not only found a good person, with great principles and honesty, I found a new friend in Christ. This man, even ate at my house. Guillermo has true values in life, and, this is why, he has a very successful company. For any Roof JOB, I recommend this COMPANY!

Excellent company!! Only hitch was they were supposed to tell me how much extra the wood would be to replace...Owner stated he thought he sent me the email with the quoted price but he didn't so i had to pay more on the final bill. Would have been nice to know beforehand that so i could adjust my budget! But apart from that they were EXCELLENT! The owner worked with me to make sure i was happy! Would definitely, absolutely recommend again!!

On Time roofing quoted me a very competitive price and was responsive from the get go. The project was completed in a timely manner with very little delays and the communication throughout the project was excellent. We were left with a small punch list to fix some minor (optical) details on the gutters but they were resolved to our complete satisfaction. I had a chat with the roofing inspector during the final inspection and he was also very appreciative of the workmanship. According to him the work he has seen during the different stages was excellent and thorough.

I call One time roofing to replace the flat roof in my house among 3 other companies but their price was reasonable and they came start the project the were very professional start the project they clean up after themselves daily now I may even change the rest of the house but they be the one I call when I'm ready . Yes I will definitely hire them again.
