About us
We are home service and repair experts. Unlike many service companies who try to perform all types of work, including new construction, commercial construction, and industrial jobs, we focus on existing residential homes day in and day out. Since 1975, OnTime Service has been delivering high-quality, professional services to Daphne, AL, and surrounding areas. In 2014, we began a heating and cooling division. In November 2016, we starting offering plumbing services to our customers. We are very picky about the heating and cooling technicians, electricians and plumbers we hire. We conduct extensive background checks on prospective employees and we perform random drug tests. We insist that our employees are professional, neat and clean, that they have no visible tattoos or piercings and that they are non smokers. If an OnTime Service employee ever smokes, swears or leaves a mess in your home, our service will be free.
