On Time Service 4 You

I was more than happy with the level of service and expertise offered by "On Time". From their initial estimate to the completion of the pool repairs, I couldn't have been more satisfied. My pool needed to be completely over hauled with new gunite and tile and now it looks like new. Their pricing was highly competitive. I would highly recommend their services with confidence.

I am vrey pleased with the customer service and overall look of the patio! Aimee and Henrique came to the house to bring me stone samples to ensure I was happy with the selection I was making! I certainly was =)

What a great company to work with. We had a patio installed and had a front step built as well. Wonderful people~wonderful quality of work~wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

My pool needed to be resurfaced and after other bids Henrique and Amy came prepared and were very professional. Their response time and preparedness far exceeded their competitors. The job was done well and although I bombarded them with questions and wanted to know what was happening every step of the way. They explained in detail every question I had. I highly recommend them and I will be working with them again in the spring.

They contacted me relatively quickly(esp.since I was searching over the holiday week)and arranged to come the same day they called. They showed up on time and got the job done with little muss or fuss. Will remember them in the future.

This people are very professional and explain and show the problem before any decision is make. I will use their services for the new project next sprint. Thanks for your help.

Henrique showed up quickly and thought he had the right part to fix my problem. It wasn't, but he went out and tried a cheaper fix for me, which I really appreciated. It didn't end up fixing the problem, but he even came over and helped me get the screws out of the multi valve port so I could attempt to do some work myself. He and his wife were super helpful!

Of the 3 contractors,they were the only response and called within 12 hours. Polite,honest and hard working father and son team. I highly recommend them and will call on them for future projects.

My project is installing a small backsplash area behind the range. After talking to On Time Service, I am going to handle the project myself! On Time Service was very nice and helpful in providing me with detailed instructions from start to finish on my project and also videos showing each step. Thank You!

They showed up when they said the would, they followed up on a minor problem and I'm happy with the work they provided.

Contractor was exceptionally effecient and timely in the project. Help with suggestions of materials based on commercial use. Communication was second to none and project follow up has been terrific.
