Guy showed up. Had no parts needed and had to borrow my husband's tools. Spent 3 hours there and we had to go to Home Depot to buy the parts this guy needed. Are you kidding me?

This review is submitted after the first deep cleaning. I would give a 4.5 out of 5 only because a couple of easy adjustments to come. House cleaner very courteous, polite and work non-stop. Agreed to by-weekly service and would like to re-write review after that. Thanks.
