First day he came 4 hours late. Gave me $ 379 price. I denied. He called me the new price $179/- . He gave me next day time from 8 to 10 am. No buddy came during the whole day. I called & message. No reply no answer of my message. Very bad experience.

Garage door opener was replaced with new one. Arthur was first one that called from Angi's list and came right out the next morning. Did a great job, we will certainly call them again should we ever have problems in the future. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Arthur and Alex were professional and friendly. Arthur explained everything before doing any work and gave estimates for the repairs or replacement of my garage opener. Since I wanted a quieter system, I chose to have it replaced. They had the new one on their truck and replaced it within an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I am so happy I chose to replace it. I highly recommend OnTrac and will use them in the future if needed. Thank you for a job well done.

He fixed my issue same day and was very professional. Very pleased with the help and results. Would recommend.

He was 5 mins early to his est time....he came out on the Wednesday before thanksgiving....fixed the broken springs quickly and tuned everything up....super professional.....we will use him again when the opener finally gives up the ghost.
