Arthur and Alex were professional and friendly. Arthur explained everything before doing any work and gave estimates for the repairs or replacement of my garage opener. Since I wanted a quieter system, I chose to have it replaced. They had the new one on their truck and replaced it within an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I am so happy I chose to replace it. I highly recommend OnTrac and will use them in the future if needed. Thank you for a job well done.
