Mike called me back within 30 min. of search. Set up an appointment for next AM. Cleared line and recommended visual check & Hydro-jet of entire house. Charged flat fee quoted, $180, & offered credit for that amount against $550 cost of Hydro-jet. We did the Hydro & visual 3 weeks later & found 1 issue in main line. About 2-3 feet out from clean-out there is a misalignment in the pipe sections which need to be dug up and repaired. He gave us quote of $1300 for the work which we will have them do at the end of October. They were also friendly, courteous, neat & prompt (early on 2nd visit)

Diagnosed my problem over the phone and quoted the price. They arrived on time, They verified the problem with their video camera then cleaned the line with their Hydro-Jet. Very professional.

The entire time they worked on clearing my pipes (which had become severely blocked over 4 decades), I felt like I was paying them for solving a problem and not just for them driving there and being there. The result was fixing a problem that had been recurring every few months to where I shouldn't have to deal with it for years now. I am very pleased.

Very professional and very courteous. Mike gave me a quote over the phone for clearing a clogged sink and toilet. Tried a couple of things to clear a clogged main pipe. Got it cleared. Found out that the sink clog was very minor so actually did not charge for that. So the total charge ended up being less than the quote. Would definitely hire again.

Mike was awesome, he quoted me a price over the phone and it was the same amount if he came out at 2am vs 2pm. The service was great and the price was even better.

He did unclogged the kitchen drain there was a major break in the laundry room and he could not do, but he did use a camera and did find the break, which that was helpful.

Showed up same day and on time cleaned up after himself.
