We had a fantastic experience with Goko and Onceneter Construction. His crew is great with details, maintain clean workspaces, and were super accommodating. Of course, most importantly, the craftsmanship and the pride in work is what really impressed us. We extended the kitchen in our 1910 house, added a family room, mud room, laundry room and then a master suite on the second floor above this extension. So it was a two story addition. When the work started my son was 6 months old and we lived in the house. The crew put up heavy duty plastic that overlapped to minimize dust and constantly checked in with us regarding noise and dust etc. We were kept abreast of all developments during the project which was helpful given the size of the project. If you are considering a small or large project, we highly recommend Oncenter Constructions. The two story addition is seamless from the outside from the original existing house. For example, the attention that went into locating the matching brick for the exterior was well worth it as it is virtually undetectable which brick is new and which is old. Inside the transition from the existing part of the house to the new two story addition is seamless. During the project, Oncenter Construction made it seem like it was constructing its own home. This company really cares about its customers. We were so happy with the work that we asked Oncenter Construction to return to help us create a beautiful bluestone patio and to bring to life a landscape design that was created by a third party. Each of the subcontractors for the two story addition and the patio did a great job. In the entire house we had knob and tube wiring deactivated and had modern wiring put in and a/c was added to the whole house. Goko, the owner, is honest and conscientious. You could not ask for a better experience if you choose to work with Oncenter Construction. When we have another project, we will for sure reach out to Oncenter Construction. I will add that this review might be long and seem a bit much, but I think that when one is about to undertake a big (or small) project, first and foremost it is hard to trust others' experiences. By describing ours in great detail I hope to impart that we were not disappointed at all by our decision to work with Oncenter Construction. So many people we know when asked after such large projects: Would you work with the same contractor again would say no. We say YES!

Goko and Bruno are extremely professional and courteous. They even took their valuable time to drive me from one supplier to the next to show me the availability of various materials that could be used for the renovation. In my opinion, not only do these contractors do great work, they put their performance and clients above anything else. This is the kind of contractors you want to have in your corner. One of the renovation projects we requested was quite unique, which they had never done before. However, thanks to their ingenuity and experience, we now have and are very proud of our beautiful one-of-a-kind fireplace.
