Shane and his assistant were very professional and discussed the job with me to make sure I understood what they would be doing. I had an old dog make a mistake as well as a new puppy who had been hit or miss...mostly miss. One Call Carpet Cleaning did an absolutely wonderful job and the carpet looks better than it ever has. I will definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone who thinks their carpet might be hopeless! Thank you so much for referring them!!!

I hired One Call Carpet Cleaning to stretch out the carpet in two of my rooms. Two people came on the weekend to provide me a quote. Since the price was reasonable, I decided on hiring them. They were able to repair the carpet in both rooms in about an hour, and cleaned up after themselves. Very nice & professional people, and I would hire them again.

I was told to purchase extra cleaning services and it was guaranteed. After they finished, the wrote on the invoice that they couldn't clean some of the areas. I should have been told beforehand that the high traffic areas would not improve much and I could have spent the money on getting new carpet vs. stretching and cleaning.

Technicians were pleasant and helpful. They did an excellent job of cleaning the upholstry and even gave a free demonstration of tile and grout cleaning services. They only issue was that they seemed to have overbooked themselves. At first the Pam tried to change my appointment to another day. When I explained that I had taken off from work and that it would have to be that day or never, she arranged for the technicians to come early evening. Thus, I ended up having to be at home several additional hours.

professional ,knowledgable,and very neat.they worked well together and did a great job. there was confusion about the time of the job,but made up for it in quality of work done. i would use them again.

Cleaned carpeting and grout on tile floors. Crew did an excellent job. They did more steps to make sure the carpet and tile floors serviced were as clean as possible. I would highly recommend.
