Good work, fast and friendly. Needs to work on clean up skills. Wire skin and wires left on floor where work was going on.

Extremely customer service oriented. Arrived on time. Explained what the problem was, what caused the problem and what they would do to correct the problem. Short time later, I was back up and running! 2 days later, their son came and relocated two ceiling fans - was fast, efficient and worked clean!

I called them to install a ceiling fan. They were there when they said they would be. I had purchased the fan and Garrett (electrician) put the fan together and installed it to the ceiling. The fan worked but not the lights. He checked that electricity was going to the lights but that part was bad. I asked to him re-box the fan and I returned it from where I purchased it. I came back and he showed up in about 1/2 hour and went through the whole process again. It worked great and I was only charged the original price for one fan install. I thought for sure I would have to pay twice for the extra work but that did not happen. Great job. Very knowledgeable and very courteous. I will definitely call them for any more electric work.

Shannon, the electrician from One Call Electric, was the best electrician that I have ever hired. He was professional, courteous and a master of his craft. He arrived, assessed the situation and completed the work in a timely manner. The cost was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends.

The house that I bought was in dire need of a new panel and service in order to bring it up to code and make it capable of modern life. After getting quotes from various electrical companies, I gave Shannon a call. He put together a quote for the panel and the service within 24 hours. He also came out to do an visual assessment of the project on a Sunday. The pricing that One Call was able to provide was on average, 40% less than the quotes I'd received from other companies. In addition to the panel and service upgrade, I was able to have One Call run two dedicated circuits, and install 7 can lights. During the course of the installation, if issues or unsafe wiring conditions were found, I was informed and given the opportunity to move labor quoted from things I wanted, and moved to things that needed to be done. In spite of all the rain and thunderstorms, One Call turned the work around quickly, with high quality work. Shannon also allowed me the flexibility of specifying specific receptacles and panel surge protecting to use. I will definitely be calling One Call in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Quick and easy

Kim, from One Call Electric was the first to respond to my request for an electrician. She was very courteous and prompt with both an estimate and subsequent follow-up emails. My project, a new hot tub, required Shannon (my electrician) to come to the house twice, once for the intiail electrical wiring and the final time to wire up the hot tub after delivery. Shannon was very prompt and a real pleasure to do business with. As expected, we got our green tag from the City without issue and have been enjoying our new hot tub ever since. Honest work at a very reasonable price. One Call Electric was definetly the right choice for us.

Shannon is one of the best contractors I have EVER hired to work on my home. He is professional, courteous and responsive. He worked with my schedule to get the job done in a timely fashion.

We hired him to install 2 new hard wired smoke detectors and 1 carbon monoxide detector. His price was the best of about 8 or 9 other companies I called. He came same day or next day and was very friendly and new exactly what he was doing. We will only use him from now on for all our electrical needs.

I needed a floursecent light replaced in a closet. He did a good job but did not do any clean up at all. Left a mess. Reasonably priced and showed up on time. I would probably use him again.

Shannon was great!, arrived when promised, replaced all the can type ceiling lights -30 total -in my house with can lights rated for insulation coverage, I asked him to install a wall receptacle in a difficult location, a column in the living room he went after it and got it done. I have hired him to replace my electrical house main breaker panel and wire up new bathroom exhaust fans- I am a big "fan" of his work. My wife was very comfortable with him in the house ,and his professional approach.

Shannon Byers was timely, courteous, and affordable. He took less than 5 minutes to identify the problem and fix it. He also rewired a switch that I had connected incorrectly. He came after hours (after 7PM) and did not charge extra for the late hour. I will definitely use Shannon for any electrical projects I have in the future and recommend him to friends and neighbors.
