We had to replace our 18-year old HVAC system and our experience with One Call was excellent. Jason was our technician, he was very knowledgeable and conscientious. He was extremely helpful in assisting us with the setup of the WIFI enabled thermostats.

Our upstairs Central Air stopped working so we called One Call Heating & Air to identify the problem & offer solutions. They were our "Second Opinion" - to compare costs/confirm problems another Heating & Air Conditioning company had given us the day before. The Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable, & helpful. He identified the same problems, provided some estimated costs, & offered good recommendations. He had a standard service fee charge that was worth paying for his expertise. However, the cost estimates seemed really high so we ended up using a different company that offered a top notch product at a price we could better afford.
