Steve and Tom came out on time, checked the unit pressures, the filters, and cleaned the condenser. Also checked the air flow and the furnace. They were courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend them.

Teresa was very nice when setting up the job. Bobby and Josh were skilled and efficient in doing the jobs.

They called immediately after i clicked done on servicemagic. They offered one of the bestter prices so I decided to go with them. Came out the first time and my unti wasn't doing what it was so we really couldn't do anything. I took a video of it for the next time and they came back out without charging another trip fee or for the first half hour. Ended up being the motor. The part was under warranty so they went and got the new one and just charged for the labor. Much cheaper then calling the people that installed the unit. GREAT JOB!!

They were very professional. Once the furnace kicked on we start hearing a knocking noise in the air ducts. They returned, found that it was a loose damper and fixed it with no problem. We will definitely use them again.

Like usual I was the last appointment of the day and had to call to confirm that a mechanic was still on his way. But the service I received made up for the delay and late arrival. Seemed very knowledgable and super friendly -- very easy to communicate with.

After contacting One Choice Mechanical, LLC through your website yesterday, they had left a message on my answering machine by the time I arrived home. One hour later a technician arrived at my house, and trouble-shooted the problem burner. One hour later he had completed the job and I have heat in my home.

The rep contacted me immediately to set up a convenient appt time to meet with me to evaluate the problem. They clearly explained their rates to me and did not charge me for the initial "diagnosis" visit. I ended up choosing them to do the work and Perry was efficient, courteous, tidy and pleasant. He was very accessible by phone to answer any questions. When there was a small problem with the furnace after they'd performed their work, Lucas came out the same day (again, convenient to MY schedule) and apologized for the problem, corrected the issue very quickly and was very courteous. I'd use these folks again in a heartbeat!
